What to include
Trust or employer invoices
Tell us the course, the delegate's name and post, and the name and address the invoice should show. Purchase order numbers can be added on request.
Group bookings
Group rates for the radiographer courses are arranged by Radiology Seminars, who handle those bookings. Tell them how many people and which course.
Trainee fee
Attach a letter from your training programme director or hospital confirming your post. We confirm eligibility before you pay.
